Sub: MOU with State Bank of India for extending various loan schemes to BSNL employees.

   MOU with State Bank of India for extending various loans to BSNL employees has been signed on 11th August 2011. The General terms and conditions and detai ls of rates of interest are given in Annexue 1
to the MOU.

   Further , as per letter No. DGM/PB/M&C/5186 dated 12.08.2011, SBI has waived processing fee for Car Loans sanctioned to BSNL employees irrespective of whether they have salary account with SBI or not.

   A copy of the agreement has been placed on our intranet site www. intranet. bsnl.co. in under the head Director (Fin. ) and sub-head Budget & Finance Control.
